Will successful participants in the courses receive their certification immediately?: Yes, the instructor will issue a laminated certification card at the end of testing & wall certificate of completion at the end of testing. In addition Control Zone will send you an electronic copy for your files. If you misplace it, no problem, just contact us and we will send you another copy.
What is the minimum # of participants required for Control Zone to hold training at our site?: Control zone requires a minimum of 5 participants for each course.
If we have less than 5 participants in a scheduled upcoming course will the training take place at one of Control Zone’s facilities?: Yes, although depending on the number of workers you provide it may be necessary to combine them with other participants.
Does Control Zone offer volume discounts for larger companies?: Yes it does. Please contact us to discuss your training and certification needs and find out how we can solve them most economically.
Is certification from Control Zone recognized by WorkSafe B.C. and other regulatory bodies?: Yes it is. Control Zone is also highly respected by Prime Contractors, builders and developers in the Lower Mainland for their seasoned, professional trainers and the quality of their comprehensive courses.

Will Control Zone notify us before a worker's certification expires?: Yes, we will notify you electronically 90 days before expiry to ensure you have plenty of time to arrange your employee's re-certification.
